INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION ISSUED BY THE PRIVACY GUARANTOR NO. 231 OF 10 JUNE 2021 AND PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13 AND 14 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION 2016/679 (GDPR).
Applicable legislation: Art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, art. 4 point 11 and arts. 7, 12, 13 and 25 of European Regulation 2016/679
Introduction
This document contains information about the technologies that enable this Application to achieve the purposes described below. These technologies allow the Owner to collect and store information (for example, by using Cookies) or use resources (for example, by running a script) on the User's device when the latter interacts with this Application. For simplicity, these technologies are collectively referred to in this document as "Tracking Tools," unless there is a reason to differentiate. For example, while Cookies can be used in both web and mobile browsers, it would be inappropriate to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile applications, since these are Tracking Tools that require the presence of a browser. For this reason, within this document, the term "Cookie" is used only to specifically indicate that particular type of Tracking Tool. Some of the purposes for which Tracking Tools are used may also require the User's consent. If consent is given, it can be freely revoked at any time by following the instructions in this document. This Application uses Tracking Tools managed directly by the Owner (commonly called "first-party" Tracking Tools) and Tracking Tools that enable services provided by third parties (commonly called "third-party" Tracking Tools). Unless otherwise specified within this document, such third parties have access to the respective Tracking Tools. The duration and expiration of Cookies and other similar Tracking Tools may vary depending on the settings set by the Owner or the relevant third-party provider. Some of them expire at the end of the User's browsing session. In addition to what is specified in the descriptions for each of the categories below, Users may obtain more detailed and updated information regarding duration, as well as any other relevant information – such as the presence of other Tracking Tools – in the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers (via the links provided) or by contacting the Owner.
Activities strictly necessary to ensure the functioning of this Application and the provision of the Service
This Application uses Cookies commonly referred to as "technical" or other similar Tracking Tools to carry out activities strictly necessary to guarantee the functioning or provision of the Service.
Other activities involving the use of Tracking Tools
Improving the experience
This Application uses Tracking Tools to provide a personalized user experience, allowing better management of personal settings and interaction with external networks and platforms.
Measurement
This Application uses Tracking Tools to measure traffic and analyze User behavior with the aim of improving the Service.
How to manage preferences and provide or withdraw consent
There are various ways to manage preferences relating to Tracking Tools and to provide or withdraw consent, where necessary:
Users can manage preferences related to Tracking Tools directly through their own device settings – for example, by preventing the use or storage of Tracking Tools. Additionally, whenever the use of Tracking Tools is based on consent, the User can provide or withdraw such consent by setting their preferences within the cookie notice or by updating such preferences via the tracking settings widget, if available. It is also possible to delete previously stored Tracking Tools using relevant browser or device features. Other Tracking Tools in the browser's local memory may be deleted by deleting the browsing history. With regard to third-party Tracking Tools, Users can manage their preferences and withdraw consent by clicking the relevant opt-out link (if provided), using the means described in the third party's privacy policy, or by contacting the third party directly.
Locate Tracking Tool Settings
Users can, for example, find information on how to manage cookies in some of the most popular browsers at the following addresses:
Users may also manage certain Tracking Tools for mobile applications by disabling them through the relevant device settings, such as mobile advertising settings or tracking settings in general (Users may consult the device settings to identify the relevant one).
